Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Government Arts and Science College, Balussery, established in 2013 is located at Kinalur, Balussery, Kozhikode under the incessant and sincere efforts of Sri. Purushan Kadalundy MLA.
Dr. Ambedkar Government College is the first government arts and science college in the Balussery Constituency.
The college is affiliated to University of Calicut, and offers UG courses in Mathematics, Commerce and Development Economics. Initially, the college had its temporary campus at Vallanoor until the college shifted to its new campus at kinalur KSIDC compound in January 2019.
Covering an area of 5 acres,the college is nestled among the lush mountain greenery and serenity of nature.
The college is a dream come true of the Balussery constituent assembly due to the continuous yearning and vision of the people. The college aims at providing quality education to generations of students and will prove to be a milestone in the higher eduaction department.[More]
